Originally a student at Brighton Polytechnic in the 1970’s, where she studied fashion and textiles, specialising in knitwear design, Noelle's keen interest in art led to a return to studies, and a BA (Hons) Fine Art from the Arts Institute, Bournemouth, (now the Arts University Bournemouth).
She completed her MA in Fine Art in September 2011, (Distinction), in which she investigated the depiction of skin and flesh, primarily in painting.
She continues her enquiries into the history and meaning of Dust, as well as experimenting in other areas to continually develop her practice.
